1) Scope and Parties
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how NoDevNoProb collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and protects Personal Data (defined below) in connection with our websites, software, developer tools and APIs, platforms, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies worldwide unless a Regional Addendum below applies additional rights or obligations.
2) Controller; Affiliates
For Personal Data processed in connection with the Services, NoDevNoProb acts as the Controller (and a "Business" under certain U.S. state laws). We may process Personal Data jointly with, or share it among, our Affiliates (including Jindustries International Corporation and entities under common control) for the purposes set out herein.
3) Eligibility; Children
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. You must not access or use the Services if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18; if we learn that we have, we will promptly delete it.
4) Definitions
Personal Data means information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identified or identifiable individual (including as defined by applicable law).
Sensitive Personal Data includes categories deemed sensitive by law (e.g., government identifiers, precise geolocation, health or biometric data, financial account numbers, race/ethnicity, religious beliefs, union membership, sexual orientation, children's data).
User Input means data you or on your behalf provide, upload, or transmit to the Services (e.g., prompts, files, code, datasets).
Output means content generated by or through the Services in response to User Input.
Derived Data means de-identified, aggregated, anonymized, statistical, analytical, or inferential data and learnings produced or derived from data processed through the Services (including from User Input, Output, telemetry, and usage).
Process/Processing means any operation performed on data (collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure, dissemination, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure, destruction).
5) Categories of Personal Data We Collect
We may collect and Process the following categories (illustrative, not exhaustive), whether directly from you, automatically, from public sources, third parties, or Affiliates:
Identifiers & Account Data: name, username, password, email, phone, address, unique IDs.
Government/Verification Data: driver's license, passport, KYC/KYB information where lawful and provided.
Commercial & Financial Data: transaction details, payment instrument tokens (via processors), invoices, tax/VAT data.
User Content: User Input and files (text, images, audio, video, code), Output, feedback, communications.
Device/Network Data: IP addresses, device IDs, OS/browser details, cookies, pixels, SDKs, telemetry, crash logs.
Location Data: general location from IP; precise location where you enable it.
Usage & Interaction Data: API calls, query logs, events, timestamps, referrers, feature use, session metadata.
Inferences & Profiles: preferences, interests, propensity scores, and attributes derived from other data.
Sensitive Personal Data: only as provided or enabled by you or as required by compliance; we may Process where permitted or required and for the limited purposes stated herein.
6) Sources of Personal Data
Directly from you; automatically via the Services; via cookies/trackers; from our Affiliates; vendors/service providers; integration partners; data brokers (where lawful); public/government databases; and security/anti-fraud providers.
7) Purposes of Processing
We Process Personal Data to:
(a) provide, operate, secure, personalize, and support the Services;
(b) create, maintain, and authenticate accounts;
(c) handle payments, billing, collections, and customer support;
(d) develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve models, algorithms, and features;
(e) generate and commercialize Derived Data and insights;
(f) perform research, analytics, benchmarking, debugging, and quality assurance;
(g) detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents, fraud, abuse, or violations;
(h) comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests;
(i) market and promote the Services (as permitted by law);
(j) effect business transfers (mergers, acquisitions, financing, asset sales, restructurings).
Where required by law, we rely on one or more lawful bases (e.g., consent, contract necessity, legal obligation, vital interests, public interest, or legitimate interests, including model training and service improvement).
8) Model Training; Output Review
We may use Personal Data, User Input, Output, interactions, telemetry, and related data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve our and our Affiliates' models and Services; to review content for safety, moderation, diagnostics, and compliance; and to validate and enhance results and features. Where required by law, we will obtain consent or provide mechanisms to object; otherwise, we rely on legitimate interests and user-directed necessity to Process.
9) Derived Data; De-Identification; Ownership
We may create and use Derived Data. NoDevNoProb owns all rights, title, and interest in Derived Data and may Process, use, disclose, commercialize, license, and retain such Derived Data in our sole discretion, provided it does not re-identify individuals contrary to law.
10) Disclosures of Personal Data (Categories of Recipients)
We may disclose Personal Data to:
Affiliates: including Jindustries International Corporation (intra-group sharing for all purposes in this Policy).
Vendors/Service Providers: cloud hosting, analytics, payment, customer support, security, communications, marketing (as permitted), KYC/KYB, auditors, attorneys, insurers.
Integration/Channel Partners & Developers: at your direction or to enable features you use.
Professional Advisors: lawyers, accountants, banks, insurers.
Business Transferees: in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings, restructurings, or asset sales.
Legal/Compliance Recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, or others where required or permitted by law.
Public/Community Features: content you choose to make public.
We may also disclose de-identified or aggregated information without restriction.
11) "Sale," "Share," Targeted Advertising, and Profiling (U.S. State Laws)
We may engage in activities that are considered a "sale" or "share" of Personal Data or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state laws. Where such laws apply, you may have the right to opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising; we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.
12) Cookies, Pixels, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, beacons, local storage, and similar tools for authentication, settings, security, performance, analytics, advertising (where applicable), and personalization. You can manage preferences through your browser/OS settings or our interfaces; blocking cookies may affect functionality.
13) Cross-Border Transfers
We operate globally. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries with different data protection laws (including the U.S.). For EEA/UK/Swiss data, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers to third countries (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required).
14) Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for the security of your systems and data when using the Services.
15) Retention
We retain Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this Policy (including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements), to enforce our rights, and to maintain business records. We may retain Derived Data indefinitely. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.
16) Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of personal data you input or integrate into the Services (including obtaining all necessary notices and consents, honoring any employment/consumer rights notices, and removing unlawful data). You must not upload or disclose third-party Personal Data without a lawful basis.
17) Your Choices
Where provided by law or product features, you may:
Manage certain cookies or analytics tools;
Opt out of certain marketing communications;
Control some sharing or connection to third-party integrations;
Exercise regional privacy rights (see Addenda).
18) Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control
Our Services do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required (e.g., under certain state laws), we will honor GPC signals for sale/share/targeted advertising opt-outs.
19) Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We may use automated systems to analyze data (including for fraud/safety, personalization, and product decisions). Where required by law, you may have rights to meaningful information about the logic involved, to request human review, to contest decisions, or to opt out of certain profiling (see Regional Addenda).
20) Third-Party Links and Services
Third-party websites, apps, and services are governed by their own privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. Use at your own risk.
21) Business Transfers
We may transfer Personal Data in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction. We may continue to retain and use Personal Data and Derived Data consistent with this Policy after such transfer.
22) Law Enforcement and Legal Requests
We may access, preserve, and disclose data where we reasonably believe it is necessary to: (a) comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our agreements; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of NoDevNoProb, users, or the public; or (d) detect, prevent, or address security or technical issues.
23) Changes to this Policy (User's Duty to Check)
We may change this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with the updated Effective Date. You are solely responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
24) Region-Specific Addenda
A. European Union/EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Lawful Bases: We Process Personal Data under one or more lawful bases, including consent, contract necessity, legal obligation, vital interests, public interest, and legitimate interests (including model training and service improvement balanced against your rights).
Data Subject Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to direct marketing and, where applicable, to Processing based on legitimate interests), and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Automated Decision-Making: where solely automated decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide requisite information and safeguards and, where required, obtain consent or provide a right to human review.
International Transfers: for transfers to third countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement supplementary measures as required.
B. United States — General & State Privacy Laws
Consumer Rights (vary by state): right to know/access, data portability, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising, limit use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Data, and non-discrimination for exercising rights. Some states require appeals for rights request denials. We will comply where applicable law provides such rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA) Specifics: California residents have the rights above; we will honor GPC signals where required and provide mechanisms to opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising.
Reproductive/Health Data & Geofencing: where state laws impose additional protections or restrictions, we will comply.
How to Exercise U.S. Rights: Submit a verifiable request to support@jinception.com with sufficient information to verify your identity and describe your request. We may deny unfounded, excessive, or unverified requests and may take up to the legally allotted time to respond (with extensions where allowed). Authorized agents may act on your behalf as permitted by law. For states requiring appeal of rights decisions, instructions will be provided in our response.
"Do Not Sell or Share" / Targeted Advertising: Where required, you may opt out via available tools or by emailing support@jinception.com. We honor GPC signals where applicable.
C. Canada (PIPEDA/Provincial Laws)
You may have rights to access and correct personal information and to challenge our compliance. We may transfer Personal Data outside Canada (see Section 13). Consent may be express or implied depending on context and sensitivity.
D. APAC and Other Regions
We will comply with applicable local laws where we offer the Services. Where local law mandates additional disclosures or rights, those apply in addition to this Policy.
25) Exercising Rights; Identity Verification; Authorized Agents
Requests must (i) provide sufficient information to verify the requester, (ii) describe the request with sufficient detail, and (iii) come from the data subject or an authorized agent where permitted. We may request additional information to verify identity or authority, may deny requests we cannot verify, and may charge fees where permitted for excessive or unfounded requests.
26) Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights afforded by applicable law; however, we may offer different prices or service levels reasonably related to the value provided by your data as permitted by law.

28) Relationship to Terms of Service; Dispute Resolution
The NoDevNoProb Terms of Service govern your use of the Services, including dispute resolution and arbitration provisions. By using the Services, you agree that disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the same dispute resolution mechanism as the Terms of Service, without prejudice to any non-waivable right to lodge complaints with data protection authorities.
Data Processing Addendum — Availability
Where NoDevNoProb acts as a Processor on a customer's behalf (e.g., enterprise integrations), our Data Processing Addendum (including appropriate transfer safeguards for international transfers where required) will apply upon execution or acceptance through the ordering flow.
Notice on Updates
We may update this Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically. Changes are effective upon posting with the updated Effective Date.
